Nest is a guitar and drums duo, formed in 2025, but shaped slowly over 14 years of playing together across a wide range of music related projects. As an ensemble built around open-form sonic compositions, Nest sits at the edge of noise, free improvisation, and visceral energy. Along with their 2026 Japan Tour, Nest will also record with Akira Sakata; an artist whose fearless approach has long been an inspiration for Nest.

2025年に結成されたドラム＆ギターデュオであるNestは、幅広い音楽関連プロジェクトを通して14年間共に演奏を重ね、徐々に形作られてきました。自作の楽器と自由な形式のサウンド構成を基盤とするアンサンブルとして、Nestのサウンドはノイズ、フリー・インプロヴィゼーション、そして本能的な エネルギーのボーダーラインに位置しています。
今回の行うジャパンツアーに加え、Nestは長年インスピレーションを与えてきた坂田晃と一緒に東京でレコーディングをします。
